Ally Cares named one of TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies for second consecutive year

Ally Cares has been named one of TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies 2026, marking the second consecutive year the company has been recognised in the global ranking produced in partnership with Statista.

The recognition follows Ally Cares being named among TIME’s World’s Top HealthTech Companies in 2025, and comes as the evidence continues to grow around what advanced resident monitoring can contribute to the health, safety and quality of life of people living in care homes.

Today, around 150 care homes use Ally to give care teams greater visibility of what is happening when residents are alone in their bedrooms. Using acoustic and motion technology, the system provides previously unobserved information that can help care teams understand changes in sleep, movement, wellbeing and behaviour and respond earlier when a resident’s needs change.

Across approximately 2,000 residents measured, data from homes using the technology shows an average increase of three weeks in residency and length of life. This sits alongside a growing body of case studies and evidence from care homes using Ally, demonstrating improvements in resident safety, sleep and care delivery.

The evidence behind the technology also continues to develop, from the impact of sleep on resident health to the role better information can play in recognising changes earlier and supporting more personalised care.
